The SCS Gangway Safety Net provides reliable fall protection during ship-to-shore access and cargo transfer operations. Designed for installation beneath or alongside marine gangways, the net helps prevent personnel, tools, and cargo from falling into the water or onto the dock.

Materials & Construction

• High-Visibility Orange Mesh: Made from 4mm braided HDPE synthetic rope, providing high visibility and excellent resistance to UV exposure, moisture, and harsh marine conditions.
• Joint-Free Knitted Construction: The mesh is manufactured as a seamless, knitted structure that securely locks the ropes in position, reducing weak points associated with conventional spliced or joined construction.
• 100mm Mesh Size: Features approximately 100mm knot-to-knot mesh spacing, with the diagonal dimension kept below 150mm (6 inches) to help contain falling personnel, equipment, and cargo.
• Heavy-Duty Perimeter Rope: Reinforced with a 12mm polypropylene (PP) rim rope to provide strength, dimensional stability, and secure attachment during installation.
